EMERYVILLE, CA – September 4, 2014 – Revolights, makers of revolutionary bicycle lights, announced today the newest addition to their growing product family - Revolights Skyline.
Revolights originally launched in September 2011 with the help of Kickstarter, and was recently featured on the ABC TV show Shark Tank.
Providing Revolights’s signature 360 degree visibility, integrated brake light, and fully functional headlight, the new Revolights Skyline is the continuation of their quest to create higher safety standards for night time bike riding.
Revolights Skyline is designed to be easier to install, more compatible, and streamlined.
This updated version has easier installation and will have the ability to fit on most bikes, including the future addition of a 26” version.
Each wheel will now be supported by 4 ball-and-socket style brackets that Revolights has specially designed to allow for more compatibility with spoke patterns and rim depth. Most 700c/622mm wheels that have more than 10 spokes and a standard rim will fit Revolights Skyline. By designing a more universal bracket, Revolights was able to reduce the required hardware, creating a more streamlined look.
At Interbike, the premier bicycle industry trade show in Las Vegas, Revolights will officially unveil Revolights Skyline at booth 7000 from September 10 - 12, 2014. Revolights will also showcase some “in- development” smart expansion abilities for Skyline including tracking speed, distance, and a wireless control of the system.
Revolights is also co-hosting Bike Hugger’s 9th annual Mobile Social group ride at Interbike on September 11, 2014.
