We want you to be excited about your purchase. If at any time within 60 days of receiving your order you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. Shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Revolights is not responsible for items lost in transit. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for a refund under our 60 day return policy.
Our return process is simple:
- Send us an email or use our self-service return form below.
- We send you a return shipping label (may not be possible for international shipments).
- You send back the items you would like to return.
- When we receive your items back we'll refund you the full price you paid, minus all shipping charges (original + return).
